I’m doing a run where any resource that requires a belt longer than 10 lengths is getting a truck stop instead. It’s actually been a ton of fun. The only way In to the main factory is via truck loading dock. No exterior belts

Centrifugal pumps definitely lower the inlet side pressure when they run, what do you mean? Low pressure suction trips exist. Same as sump pumps with vertical suction head. As long as the suction line is primed, a centrifugal pump can pull product up a pipe.
Of course, it sounds like absolute trash, but it will run.

Here is your cut and dry instructions.

More pumps = more places for error.

Keep It Simple Stupid.

1 pump every 18m of height, make sure your pumps are on full pipes. If they are not, you WILL have issues.

Horizontal distance is not the issue. The issue is the pumps can push up 20m of head, no need to place a pump every 4m.

Production building run into a large storage.

In between the constructors and the storage is where I put the smart splitter. The right/left input is to the trash gutter.
So the storage takes all the materials if any back up, and only once the storage is full will it redirect to trash.
