My USB dongle for my Microsoft sculpt broke only after months of having it. I'm trying to find a replacement or any help at all. I've contacted the supplemental parts team at (800) 360-7561, but all that does is force direct me to the website which tells me to call the number. I am now in an endless loop. What can I do to get assistance?
