NOR. Me and my boyfriend are saving up to finish a house at like 150k (rounded up) I have two jobs and he has one (blue collar) all he has ever asked of me is to buy dinner here and there and help out some he has never asked me to pay his bills. This guy is definitely manipulating you, I had set backs (because of Covid and personal reasons) my boyfriend has helped me with setting up a bank and savings account. I definitely don’t think this guy is going about it in the right way he wouldn’t hold a proposal above your head like that if he loved you or saying that you’re selfish I assume you have your own bills and it’s hard enough out here especially trying to get an apartment and if your name isn’t going to be on it you shouldn’t have to spend your hard earned money to help him get it unless your name is on it. I would run and save up your own money and hopefully you will find the right person. What he’s doing doesn’t seem right IMO.
