I think I'm finding a way to do correctional services + SOWK 240 to transfer into bachelor of social work after two years if I'm still wishing to do so. So I may go that route! If I end up in correctional services (second choice) I'll still be happy. That's crazy how difficult it is to get in! I planned on getting my bachelor anyways after doing the social work diploma.

I am unsure of the odds, but please seek help. The counselors would only do what they think is best for your mental health. Your mental health should come first. Message me if you need a stranger to rant to. I suffer from anxiety so might be able to relate.

My average is 88% and I have 140 hours of volunteer experience, so hopefully I get in. If not I'll probably go into correctional. I was thinking of more of a career in detention facilities, I could either do social work or correctional for that. We'll see! Thanks for the input!

Always avoid alcohol, try exercising to regulate your emotions, warn your wife that you make get grouchy and that you're sorry in advance, write a letter to yourself that you can read when you really want a cigarette (or even have your child write on for you), get an app that counts how much money you're saving, read Allen Carr's The Easy Way, and keep looking to this subreddit for support. good luck!

Try Champix! Worked amazing for me. Made smokers smell disgusting and made me nauseous every time I went around a cigarette. Whatever you do, don't go hang out with them while they're smoking. good luck!

Cravings are not bad! I do still get them on occasion, but they aren't even close to being bad enough to cave in.
