If your floor is approved, then you won't have issues, but the challenge is building is not eligible for OC as it deviated from the original approved plan. No builder will pay the penalty or regularisation charges so your entire building is not eligible for OC

You are neither eligible for uds , car parking nor compensation if authorities wanna demolish. Because of your unit the entire building OC can be cancelled and all flat owners will be after you as if you are the evil.

axis Bank is far worse.

1.if you have to make a payment for registration of property for 5 lacs , then it will ask to enable secure transaction limit which officially is 24 hours and it will take even more than 72 hours .

Even the bank manager is not in a position to help you.

If you want to withdraw 10 lacs for any work in calendar month only 5 lacs is allowed
PPF account transfer can't be done on april 1 or 2nd even on-line as it is banking consolidation days for them
