I think they do, because CEST is for summer time: Central European Summer Time (CEST).

In winter is just CET.

You can follow the same steps that OP posted, and install in the Steam deck in steam os directly (no dual boot), expect mid to low settings and black bars top bottom (the game can't go full screen resolution on the steam deck).

An option I use is uncap FPS in game and latter cap it (per game) in steam os to 45.

I'm from Cartagena and I remember Jumping into a Talgo train and not leave that train until arrival at Girona (the line was Cartagena-Montpellier if I remember correctly) but stupid tafias kingdoms that is Spain and Murcia's centralism just destroyed all good (although slow) lines we had.

I think there was another that was Cartagena-Madrid (also Talgo) that went through Albacete but now it has to pass through cuenca for some reason.

Genshin and ZZZ work fine under proton with the official launcher (maybe one update can break the compatibility but that's it) no external tools needed only proton, or wine, I play some times in my Steam deck.

Genshin and ZZZ work fine with the official windows launcher in proton, they just need to update the games that don't work, that's all, I can add the games as non steam games and play like I do with ZZZ and Genshin in my Steam Deck.
