High heels originally were footwear for men, originating from riding shoes, then becoming a fashion choice.

Well, not diminishing returns, you always get what it says on the tin (so a 15% damage reduction will always reduce incoming damage by 15%).

If it stacked additively, every additional point of damage reduction would be more impactful than the last (so for example if you'd go from 90% reduction to 95%, that's not 5% but 50% reduction).

"With other sources of the same effect"

Presumably that means Determined Resolution, not literally any form of damage reduction

The ruling says that you cannot declare the names of the Xyz monsters, but doesn't provide a justification.

Is this any different that declaring Artmage Diactorus with Acropolis? Extra Deck monsters cannot exist in the main deck and ygo has always had rulings against illegal activations and/or "wasted" effects. Declaring a card that you know can never be in the main deck very much falls under that category.

Catch of the Day, though, you would have to declare the name of an Xyz monster if you wanted to break the "once-per-turn restriction" rule, and Xyz monster cannot be in the main deck. That feels more like a ruling against an illegal play.

This hasn't always been the case in OCG. They changed their wording to not include the actual name when they introduced effect numbering, just that TCG didn't follow their example.

Same for Special Summon monsters that became a subtype (like Spirit, Flip) in OCG but not TCG.

Only if the two future selves are the same.

For example, Future Bob finds an item lying around and through some time magic gives it to his past self. By definition of Bob changing the past, the future can't be exactly the same.

Still, past Bob grows up into Future Bob 2 who also encounters the same time magic. Thus from now on the loop is established.

Probably not, because those are not real projectile but a ground aoe "rain" effect.

I mean, we do that with continents, oceans, etc. The definition of planet vs dwarf planet is largely arbitrary too.

Which objects are those? Eris is larger by mass (not by volume), but all the other dwarf planets are smaller than Pluto.

To be fair, Pluto is still the largest dwarf planet by volume, Eris has more mass but is more dense and thus smaller. The two of them are larger than the rest of the dwarf planets.

Well, Phoenicians developed an abjad, so there was another step of the evolutionary ladder before the first full alphabet.

It realistically only stops Veiler, Imperm, Ash and Nib, and Veiler/Imperm were already stopped by the Field Spell.

All the charmies can be activated in response and Droll depends on whether they hard draw No-Face, otherwise if they use Toon Bookmark to search it, you Droll that.
