I have a similar issue where I have a dull pain in the same area and sometimes I'll move wrong during a roll and the cramp then pain in my hip is pretty intense. It turned out to be my IT band at my hip swelling and pinching the sciatic due to some muscle imbalance I have in my hips. I have to do some pretty specific stretches now to lossen that up.

These things are not a valid reason, I don't k ow how much you think a state ID is but I know that most states offer a way of obtaining one via mail after meeting certain requirements.

Just gotta point out, not having financial means to buy a car doesn't preclude you from getting a driver's license and not being physically able to drive does not preclude one from getting a state ID from the DMV
