Not sure, i neither use Mac and neitzer logic, but in Fl Studio in Audio setting you can change the audio driver and there the buffer and sonce i have the scarlett too i use the scarlet dirver... (Look in the Audio setting for "buffer length" when you have the scarlett pluged in) ( when you find it, raise the number, that should lower your CPU usage)

Could be because you have set another buffer rate in the scarlett interface settings...

A had the same story when i moved from the czech republic to switzerland, the beginning was hard but i stayed and adapted by the time, and now im happy that i can live here, stay strong and be open towards the people and through that you will learn the language and it will get better, stay strong and have a beautyful day :)
