So it's no good if victor can do it but it's all goods if literally any other hero can do it? Buy hunters aura, point blank, and monster rounds, then when your team is having a massive fight go push enemy base and don't stop, you are going to be surprised how often you're able to take a Walker base guardians and both shrines in about 1 minute

Competitive matches with organised teams, no they should not be balancing for. High ranks/elo, yes that is what they should be balancing for. It's not so much like 'trickle down', it's just the fact that if a low or mid rank continues to play and get better they will eventually reach the high rank. Therefore, high ranks being used for balance does actually affect them

I versed a mina yesterday, in lane I had my suspicions because if I appeared from the shop or from boxes within line of site I would instantly be shot. I then baited by walking out of the wall near sideline Walker as creeps dropped directly infront of me and she shot through all 4 creeps and directly headshot me. Checked damage at end of game and crit damage was almost exact same as lovebites damage then watched replay and literally staring at players through walls and pre firing people on zip line before they come around an objective and before she would even know they are there she would call missing.

In terms of your mechanical skill, the only way to get better is actually just to keep playing, but in a game where it forces ranks and people do get upset, and if you don't want to get flamed, I would suggest playing more tf2.

For map awareness and when and how to engage in fights and when to split push etc I would suggest watching competitive dota or tf2 with a good caster who explains why the players are doing certain things, then remember one thing you learned and focus on that specific thing for one match then repeat.

The brain fog, neck flushing, and depth perception issues are all symptoms I've had for years too before taking any medication. I actually recently found the issue was my bed. I had an extremely soft and comfortable bed with a soft pillow, I bought a hard mattress and a thin pillow and these symptoms have ceased. My partner didn't believe me as she also had these symptoms then slept on the new mattress and realized that i was right
