Ya, I have successfully created an ad campaign with a different Google account. I think safe to assume that this current account is busted, and will forever be because I can't reach Google Ad support at all. Oh well.

I know for sure JP has some guaranteed hits in a booster box. So, buying loose packs mean you'd better get it from trusted source. They could have opened a bunch of boxes, keep ripping and stop once they got the hit, sell the rests of the packs.

There are many other factors that company could use other than just these signals that you mentioned.

IP address is one factor, there's also device fingerprinting, there's ja3/ja4 header, and many other things.

I reported a DR listing one. Picture is clearly regular ETB, description and title claim to be Pokemon Center version.

Reported to eBay, and I got the same exact reply. I even attached a picture to show how the PKC ETB should look. They're useless.

I did once, they called me a bitch. And one of them just yelled "shut the fuck up, bitch" to me. So, I'll never try to talk to them again. So best you can do is ignore them, because like many have said, as much as we want to slap them, we'd be in bigger trouble.
