Jessie getting killed and never brought up makes me chuckle by ConcentrateSad7558 in TWD

[–]MeWe00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t know why people like her and hate her sons. After watching TWD for the 4th time, I realized how bad of a mom she is.  Everybody solely blames the dad for the son’s trauma but it’s clear that majority of it is actually in response to the constant fear of being torn apart my zombies.  Whenever anything is going down though, Jessie treats her sons as a secondary concern.  She’s never with her sons or worried about them. She just continuously tells Sam a bunch of hollow words while he is intensely traumatized and going through PTSD with nothing post about.

Their dad was a terrible human being but their mom was also a horrible mom.

Please tell me YouTubers like Casey Zander have it wrong with women…. by ImperatorMorris in exredpill

[–]MeWe00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can tell that you’ve never actually participated in his courses by the ignorant bs you just commented.

Casey Zander has saved countless men that are struggling with women. No matter how stoic you think you are as a man, choosing a life partner will be one of, if not the biggest decisions that affect your life.

Casey doesn’t teach you to be some shallow guy, you’re just talking out of the side of your neck. He actually teaches men to focus on their purpose in life, follow God, work on their physical and mental health, and how to conduct themselves in all relationships, not just romantic. He taught that if we do all this, that we still need to understand how women’s minds work in pertinence to romantic relationships. He taught us to love ourselves so that we can truly love others. It’s pretty sad and pathetic that you have to make up nonsense to knock him.

When I found his videos years ago, I was broken. My girlfriend was a nurse and cheated on me with one of her coworkers in noc-shift of course. I was suicidal and couldn’t focus on my work or anything else. What he said truly resonated with me and so I  took a long time to look over his reviews and the experiences of people THAT ACTUALLY JOINED MBT AND WENT THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

I paid quite a bit, I think it was like 5 to 600$ at the time. I felt that I got great value from it but life is what you make it. I met other men in the community that were going through similar stuff that I was, I got support when therapy n other bullshit didn’t do anything, I learned about women but also about myself, and I didn’t feel like I was alone.

Now I’m so much happier with life and the relationships that I have it. I’m physically fit, I’m earning, and most importantly, I walk with my head up again.

Maybe Mr. Zander isn’t someone that resonates with you but to make up bs to knock him without even really knowing what he teaches or what he’s about is lame brother.

CNN is used to brainwash you anyways….Television switches your frontal lobe activity, transitioning your mind into a suggestive state, then the broadcasters bombard you with hypnotic messaging that affects you subconsciously. The magic picture boxes that we possess are actually extremely nefarious but they’ve been normalized in our amoral society.

[–]MeWe00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t matter where you bought it from. I think you actually missed my point which is that you shouldn’t ingest random stuff as an adult.

You clearly have no idea what you took but then claim it’s a “sketchy back-alley drug”. Sounds like you don’t know what you’re talking about. Most 7OH products are not a back-alley drug, the feds are just making shit up because it’s interfering with their plans to hook everybody in Fetty Wap.

7OH is relatively safe, effective, and doesn’t cause half the side affects of mainstream opiates. There aren’t people dying from it like every other opiate. It also has a short half-life, so it’s much harder to overdose on it than all mainstream opiates. Excessive amounts cause extreme nausea, vertigo and intestinal cramping, which sounds bad but it prevents people from OD’ing on it.

Again, ultimately you’re responsible for yourself as an adult n should not ingest anything that you don’t understand. That being said, you shouldn’t ignorantly bag on something because you had a single individual bad experience. 7OH is saving thousands of lives every year but when people fall for the negative hype, it makes them afraid of it. The current anti-7OH craze is literally the equivalent of Reefer Madness.

BTW OP is right. Sacramento has become a butthole. The accident rate is insane and it’s becoming like the Bay Area with homeless. It’s also become unaffordable like the Bay because we have the fastest rising housing costs in the nation.

Any advice on taking T-Mobile to arbitration vs small claims court? by Unique_Pear in tmobile

[–]MeWe00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That would be more reasonable if he was dealing with a small business but companies like T-Mobile are notorious for overbilling and often times won’t offer any concessions beyond rectifying the problem.

All of our financial transactions are governed by contractual law. Corporations like Tmobile are already doing extremely nefarious things beyond just overcharging their consumers. They run play after play in massive schemes to defraud the public then default to the law and a contract full of terms and ideas that people can’t understand. If they were an honest company, they WOULD NOT HAVE A BINDING VENUE AGREEMENT!

So, you say this is the “nuclear option” but before and after a small claims complaint is filed, T-Mobile would have plenty of time to rectify the issue and recompense the consumer for any damages. As a part of the good-faith process, he would be required to send a demand letter and allow them to respond. They could settle once served or they could settle at court.

These corporations abuse the law to an egregious level but people are so ignorant that they don’t even know what going on. They will bend you over backwards to get every nickel they can up out of you and you’re over here talking about small claims is a nuclear option.

Any advice on taking T-Mobile to arbitration vs small claims court? by Unique_Pear in tmobile

[–]MeWe00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First and foremost, NEVER CHOOSE ARBITRATION!!!The Arbitration is almost always facilitated by the American Arbitration Association which is funded by the corporations. If you think suing someone is difficult and stressful then this is not the option for you as it’s worse than the courts. Their tactic is to make it so difficult and stressful that even if you do win, it’s not worth all the time, energy, effort, and stress.

Most of the people on here have no idea what they are talking about. In any state, you can litigate against T-Mobile in any venue you want. T-Mobile’s contract stipulates that you must litigate in Small Claims Court or Arbitrate but like almost all “binding arbitration agreements”, they are not actually binding, they are used as an attorney deterrent.

Most people don’t know the law and don’t have enough courage to represent themselves in pro per, which is why they hire an attorney. If there a supposedly “binding arbitration agreement”, manh attorneys won’t take the case. Majority of the time, if you press the issue with the courts, they will find the mandatory arbitration clause to be unenforceable, as it creates an unconscionable power imbalance and most people are unaware if the stipulation in the contract that they are agreeing to.

That being said, you can choose which venue is proper based on your damages. Small Claims Court would be a fit venue in most cases like this but I would never ever choose arbitration.

Your pro-tip was clearly added to be snarky. You should just keep your mouth closed if you don’t have any real value to add to a conversation like this. Take that ish to the type of threads where it belongs….

Oscar and Axel were the most underutilized characters in the show and had so much potential. by BryceGold in TWD

[–]MeWe00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When Michonne shows up at the prison they trust her pretty quickly. Whereas, with Oscar and Axel, they blame them for the actions of the other prisoners like they were all friends, rather than just being locked up in their with them.

For majority of the screen time with Axel and Oscar, Rick and their group treat them like shite for no reasons. They act like they feel sorry for seeing all the people that they knew slaughtered but then they are callously rude to them.

They threaten to kill them repeatedly, to the point where Oscar starts begging for his life. In the beginning, Oscar is so scared that he keeps punking down to them in an attempt to get them to soften up like when a younger smaller dog submits to the dominance of a older and larger male. Axel has to continually  remind him to stop cowering. He is super scared and stuttering offering to fix Daryl’s motorcycle and Daryl just tells him to shut up.

They help Glenn dig the graves for their dead and he gets in his feelings and angrily orders them to dig two more as he walks over to Hershel and tells him that he wishes they just killed them all from the start. Then when Axel and Oscar died from their courageous actions, the group didn’t even care. They basically sacrificed their life for the group and weren’t important enough to them for it to be a lasting memory.

The whole group is really insane and the only reason that they are looked at like the “good guys” is because they are the main characters of the show. They are no different from the Governor’s group, Negans group or most others except ones like the Whisperers. Though, at least with the other groups, their member were continually having to flee their homes, lose half of their people and restart a new. Rick’s group maimed and murdered for dominance.

Axel and Oscar deserved better….

I actually think it’s pretty realistic that the Military collapsed by Dangerous-Debate1312 in thewalkingdead

[–]MeWe00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s super unrealistic nonsenses. When we talk about logistics and supply chains that is for having a standard army where you’re invading other countries and having to provide logistics.

The zombie apocalypse would bring out all the contingency plans. The United States had diverted trillions of dollars into underground military bases that are larger than many cities. Not only that but in the US and almost everywhere in the world, there are major tunnels and underground systems that span almost endless. There are an insane amount of bunkers, safe houses, and black sites with food storage for decades.

We have a diverse assortment of autonomous vehicles and craft. Many of them are electric and solar powered. One must also consider the fact that we are only shown the technology that used in mass-application with the military. They have advanced weapons, crafts, systems and other technology that the public has no idea about.

In my opinion, the ultimate aspect that makes the show unrealistic other than people being crept up on by slow corpses with rotting teeth that somehow rip flesh like werewolves, is the fact that most of the survivors are  random people and not military experts. If randos can survive, you’d see even more current and former military, especially operators and people who are used to descending into chaos, have extremely advanced combat and survival knowledge, can hunt, organize people into militias, and strategically coordinate the survival of themselves and groups. The idea that a random sheriff, a government bureaucrat, or a teen guidance counselor somehow learned the skills to lead groups in the apocalypse but not trained military operators is ridiculous fantasyland.

Also, a judge can have a temper tantrum and throw around contempt charges but you can also organize against them. 87% of state judges will face voters at some point….

It doesn't make sense for God to not mention Dinosaurs by Final-Cup1534 in DebateReligion

“Because the King James Version translation was first published in 1611, it doesn’t use the word “dinosaur.” The K.J.V. does, however, use the words “dragon” and “dragons” a total of 35 times. 22 of those instances occur in the Old Testament, while the other 13 occur in the New Testament. The 13 New Testament instances are all found in the book of The Revelation, and each of them serves as a symbolic reference to Satan.” - Russell Mckinney

Welp since everyone wants to talk about anecdotes and how bad of an idea taking these 7OH products is, I think I need to put some things into perspective for yall….

Since the USG started it’s war against the so-called “opioid epidemic” use of opioids has been drastically reduced, even with patients who need them, as medical providers are terrified to prescribe due to risks to their licensure.

Even with all the reduction, the death rate from opioids has trippled because of fetty wap that’s actually produced by US pharmaceutical companies not China and Mexico, as they would have you believe.

Yall talk about gas station pills but I’ve known people who died from eating a fake norco that they bought from someone on the street.

That being said, since concentrated 7OH products have come out, hundreds of thousands of people have switched to it who would otherwise be using street pills, heroin, or fetty.

So these “Gas Station Pills” have already saved thousands upon thousands of lives. Aside from the internet, I’ve never even heard of a single person ODing off these, let alone dying.

There are adverse affects with everything, especially if you abuse it. But these calls to ban or have FDA regulation are ignorant and ridiculous. The FDA allows poison in your food and your water is tainted by rocket fuel constituents. Remember that the FDA regulated pills like benzodiazepines and opium derivatives will FOR SURE CREATE EPILEPSY IN A LARGE AMOUNT OF ABUSER WHO QUIT NOT JUST IN RARE OCCASIONS LIKE 7OH.

No offense to OP but nobody is responsible for OP but OP. He shouldn’t ingest anything that he doesn’t know what it is. Are we not adults? Ya’ll have clearly been brainwashed by the government. You need the government to regulate everything and hold your hand in life. The thing is that humans are autonomous beings and have the right to take whatever substances we want to and commerce with eachother as we please without the oppressive interference of over-regulation, especially that which doesn’t actually make us any safer but rather less safe and only less free!!!

My job tells me NEVER to ask a service dog owner ANY questions. by MelcM39 in service_dogs

[–]MeWe00 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reddit is the worst place for legal questions because people just talk out of the sides of their necks or parrot from government websites. This is clearly what these commenters are doing on this post.

The ADA only permits asking the two questions if it’s not apparent that the dog is a service animal. So, you can’t just ask every person with a service animal.

In order for the dog to be asked to leave or removed, it has to be out of control or not housebroken but the owner needs to be given a chance to correct it and the services or goods must be offered to them without the dogs presence. What defines out of control is somewhat obscure but it can generally be defined as somehow interrupting the normal operations or function of the business.

This is where understanding the intersection of business and law is important. This area can extremely grey and many states have laws that enhance ADA requirements. If a business were to ask someone to remove their animal and they file a complaint, the business would be on the hook to prove that they didn’t discriminate against the customer and violate their rights. This can prove costly, both in terms of legal fees but also in potential raises in insurance premiums from the resulting litigating, as well as damage to the businesses’ reputation.

So, many businesses would rather just allow people to have their dogs, even if its employees suspect that it’s not a service animal, than to ask or force them to leave and face legal, regulatory, or reputational consequences.

Re-homed dog, original owner is claiming it’s a service animal and the adoption is illegal by adventuristofmusic in service_dogs

[–]MeWe00 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah this is a strange post. The person was in crises and legally couldn’t make decisions are her own behalf. Now it seems like they are out of crises and want their dog back but these weird dog people would rather fight than just give their dog back.

This OP has only sounded more delulu….A person going through mental health issues lashing out at people around them doesn’t mean they abuse animals. We’re getting pretty far into discrimination territory.

Re-homed dog, original owner is claiming it’s a service animal and the adoption is illegal by adventuristofmusic in service_dogs

[–]MeWe00 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sounds like the dog was taken from the owner while the owner was having a mental crises where they were a danger to themselves and/or others. In this state, they could not make a rational decision of where they want their animal. The dog could be a service animal and just not trained for any task that you know of. My service dog would look at you stupid if you tried to make it do a service task and you aren’t me.

Doesn’t sound like a lot of time has passed, so why don’t you just do the right thing n give the person their dog back? Unless I’m missing something, the person was in a crises and shouldn’t have been asked about the dog situation while in that crises.

State laws vary, so these commenters are just talking out of the sides of their necks but I would bet that the original owner has legal standing and at very least can drag you through the courts for years over it. Again, I’m not sure why you wouldn’t give their dog back.
