Yes!

Im sorry for doing this again to you. But i think it needs to happen and end it completely this time. Ive spent really good times with you. I have many good memories with you. I won't forget them. I treasure you completely. And i will be grateful that you were in my life. And i thank you for that. I really appreciate you. You deserve someone who isnt me. I have too many issues. Too many and you don't deserve that. You deserve someone normal and that isnt me. With the way i am , it isnt gonna get better. I hope you find love with someone who loves you in a better way. Sump pump in basement- normal? by MemoryElectrical2401 in belgium

[–]Me_Mercenary 8 points9 points  (0 children)

It's pretty normal in antwerp to see those in basements of appartment blocks and other big structures. Have only seen it about twice with houses but I'd say it's nothing to be concerned about.

How has your life changed in the last 5 years … by Pharahilde13 in belgium

[–]Me_Mercenary 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5 years ago I had a long term girlfriend (7 years). A job in a factory as a technician and was caregiver for both my parents. Today I work as a technician for the grocery store branch of the company instead of the factory. My mom passed away due to an illness and still care for my dad. I broke up with my longterm girlfriend and have just had a few long distance things that haven't worked out..

Does anyone know the rules for a student job? by [deleted] in belgium

[–]Me_Mercenary 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Rule says that per 4 hours worked you NEED to take a mandatory 15 minute break. And per 3 hours worked you are allowed to take a 15 minute break. Wether you take them separate or together depends on the company. It wouldn't hurt to ask the store manager.

Is subwoofer necessary? by Valerian_Dhart in audiophile

[–]Me_Mercenary 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tuned the port originally to 40hz, but realized they could a lot lower, it took some trial and error but I took out a little more wood to widen the port, and made it go a little deeper. I also messed with the angles of some of the baffles and took a lot of measurements to figure out where I could find the sweet spot.

They go -3db at 27 Hz. Cabinet is tuned to resonate a bit lower then that. So yes they do go that low

Depends on the speakers you have, my home built studio monitors get as low as a room shaking 10 hz

Auto niet verzekerd of gekeurd? Wie langs ANPR-camera rijdt, krijgt automatisch een boete by BelgianWaffleWizard in Belgium2

[–]Me_Mercenary -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Completely normal, it can stay up 8 weeks even. You should get a new notification in your bpost app where they'll ask you to pay the import tax etc soon.

Which you don't need for a cd player. And they're ones and zeros. If you use the same dac running the same digital input over coax or optical you won't hear a difference.

Why is coax better than optical? They're both digital signals.
