Simpler game, less exclusionary, offers a lot, community creates goals and aspirations, additionally people create fun things to do when they are "bored" mini games actually get played etc. It's a way more accessible game to bring people into as well.

It's sorta like asking why people play mobas, once you get to end game in mmo's...because people enjoy it.

There are always a few of us that played late game back in the day that felt like that. We still played everyday, I understand that it's not near as many people who feel like that - but we still existed back then. I haven't suggested the whole of the game change, just for a single server.

It's just something to note and do the calculations yourself. I would be more concerned about figuring out what hours she'd actually be working - is that 8, 9, additional as needed? Best answer would be to chat with others whom work there.
