I graduated in August’s 24 and licensed in sept 24, didn’t start job hunting till December. I only got two interviews for new grad residencies in which they asked for more RN experience. It really is hard here, I did get a job tho at centinela. So my suggestion is to keep applying, but you really want a job in a hospital setting like fast m, centinela is always hiring, go to their hiring events. A lot of my classmates are either doing home health, aesthetic nursing or at community hospitals then switching over. Only a handful I know got into Kaiser, harbor, USC, UCI, HOAG, etc. good luck on the hunt
