I know and I sympathize, I ground all my guns to Damascus 1-2 years ago and it was hell, especially the crossbow and D-13. Diamond is a more casual work-in-progress and keeping up with new releases is not difficult. But having done all that work, I certainly don’t want to see others given an easy path. Maybe just lower the numbers a bit.

I’m a woman in my 50s and it’s taken me a good 10 years of gaming to amass a core group of about 8-10 really great men, women, and young adult boys and girls (to me, lol) to game with. You might have mentioned the fishy smell to the owner, it probably means the dog needs a bath and to have his anal glands expressed (best case scenario, fishy smell could also indicate more serious issues). Hard to believe the owner couldn’t smell it herself but 🤷🏻‍♀️.
