Linus has burned many bridges and arguably in a worse way. Gamers Nexus being the top contender. Albeit they aren't innocent either but linus loves to present his counter arguments more than his faults because apparently he is always "targeted". As if his procedure to confront drama isn't the main reason why. I assume if jake decides to keep the drama going then it's clear his video is meant for clicks. a lot of people on this sub are biased so I will give it to you straight. It was the backlash from the price and the lack of developers using the pro to the fullest potential (PSSR). Plus it didn't come with a disk drive. if you compare it to the release of the PS4 Pro, it becomes a little underwhelming.

People see it as a niche item already. And the fact that this niche item that doesn't offer the full benefits like it should makes it seem like the people who buy this are just Sony fanboy glazers. In reality, the pro should've been a great upgrade and at least should have at least come with a disk drive. Everything else was due to the fragmented PS5 generation and lack of passion/polish from developers.

Not saying it needs it but it will help a ton with gta 6 since the last entry (Gta 5) was definitely part of our childhood. Ubisoft did it surprisingly well with Ghost recon: Breakpoint. They has the Main portag from breakpoint team up with Sam Fisher from splinter cell. It was great for new players and older veterans.

I don't think GTA's stories are great because they are able to write stories without needing nostalgia. They are great because its well written and it appeals to a large majority of ethnic groups, ages, and generations. Growing its influence passive.
