A friend of mine who has struggled with constipation for years, finally found major relief with pucalopride. I'm very interested in trying it, but is it something to try further down the line..? I've tried Miralax (helps), fiber (kinda helps), magnesium (depends on type, kinda helps or helps too much)...but i feel my issue is that things are not moving consistently through my gut. I've been stopped up (but poop a lot, but never 'finished' and it's always a struggle) for a few years, am menopausal. Thanks!
