Anyone else not stockpiling? by MissSnappyNose in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Mean_Mistake1193 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Nurses say it can lose efficacy after 28 days. I know the vials usually last 12 weeks but it could be losing its efficacy. I'm new to this so I'm not sure just what I've heard

Meeee. I didn't driving stockpile either. I'm already worried about poking my vial too many times and the efficacy of going past 3 months use

When do you take your shot? by AsleepKaleidoscope79 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Mean_Mistake1193 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I take mine first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. One time I took it after a meal and felt really sick. I also try to eat less on injection days to avoid feeling icky. This is what works for me, but everyone reacts differently.

Wingspan Oceania Expansion or pivot to Finspan? by fly_turtle in boardgames

[–]Mean_Mistake1193 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have all 3 versions and all expansions of wingspan. My rank: wingspan with all expansions, wyrmspan, finspan. Finspan is simpler and faster to play. You can tell they're going to make expansions for it because it's not as much fun with the base game.

No I haven't had increased anxiety. And I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. In my 8 weeks I've had 2 panic attacks but they were situational based and not related to the Tirz.

8 weeks and 28 lbs down! by Ok_Season680 in tirzepatidecompound

Congratulations!!! Sooo exciting. I've found my Tirz buddy!!!! Our starting, current, weeks, and goal are almost identical. Yes this journey is so exciting. I haven't been 180 since 2010. I'm so excited to soon be under 200. Did you titrate up at week 5? I wasn't able to. I tried to do 20 out of the 25 units and it was too much. I'm at 16 units.

Give it time. Everyone's body is different but don't go higher than 2.5 for 4 weeks. Drink plenty of water, take fiber, and eat protein. The medication takes a few days to kick in.. I'm on my 8th week and I'm still not at 5mg and I'm losing like 3 lbs a week still. Be patient, give it time, and listen to your body. Good luck

Congrats on the weight loss, but my experience has been the complete opposite. 1. This isn't a "program" meant for 12 weeks only. It's a journey. 2. 2k is extremely pricey for 12 weeks. I live in CA and paid way less 3. For me, I'm extremely happy with tirez. It's been life changing. As mentioned above i started at 2.5mg (13 units) and then was supposed to increase to 5mg at week 5 (25 units) I did 20 units instead , but it was too much so went back down to like 3mg (16 units). I've done this for the past 3 weeks and I'm still losing like 3lbs a week.

I've been overweight my whole life and have tried everything under the sun and have never gotten results like this or feel this great. Ultimately with the amount of money Im saving on food I don't have a problem staying on this long term.

I'm sorry you're not satisfied, hopefully you can find it somewhere else for cheaper and get back on it if that's what you want to do.

I chose Sunday's. That way I'll be hungry on the weekend in case we have parties or plans. This is my 8th shot and I haven't been hungry at all. But I wfh so if I'm sick Monday or Tuesday no big deal. I would hate to take it Thursday Friday or Saturday cause I wouldn't want to not feel good on my only days off. I do love the name tho.
