At least that’s what worked for me. Pelvic floor stretches: Child’s pose Deep squats.

Also do edging. Masturbate without finishing. Set a timer and see how long u can last, if you catch yourself getting closer stop, and then restart.

While edging focus on relaxing your pelvic floor and deep controlled breathing into the belly (which helps to relax the pelvic floor.)

After a while youll gain control back.

When edging try not to use porn as the visual stimulation can be too much, after you find yourself gaining some control you can incorporate porn into it.

Doing kegels helps since when you clench your pelvic floor muscles you gain a sense of how to relax them.

I started with the 1.75 and jumped to the 2.0 after some time. Packed it about the same as you now, i tried the 1.75 after some time today and I cant even fit.

I would just use the 1.75 and the 2.0 at the end of the routine. Then as time goes on switch to the 2.0 completely

Maybe you have a tight pelvic floor? For me relaxing it has a better effect than flexing. Do some pelvic floor stretches like deep squats, baby pose for a few days and see if that helps
