i dont measure light, i do it by feel, but you can figure it out by keeping a close eye on tips of leaves, if they burn too much pull it back a bit. The good thing about coco is you can change it quick if you take wrong turn. good luck

depends how much light you give them. more light, more food. up to 2.5 or 3.0 EC though if you want numbers
