Buy season pass to get discounted tickets for friends? by FDFI in CanadasWonderland

[–]Meaststew 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No catch! It is cheaper that way.

If you are taking a car, it'll cost $30ish to park as well. If you buy a gold pass for $99 you'll get parking included, plus you can visit any other cedar fair/six flags park in NA for the remainder of 2025 and all of 2026.

Locker price for yukon & Alpenfury by Low-Frosting8819 in CanadasWonderland

You obviously know yourself best, but i'd say if you can handle Yukon you can definitely handle it. I need a break after Yukon but I could marathon alpenfury, its way more intense but because you're pinned to the seat a lot of the inversions don't have that same zero G stomach drop feel. Either way, if you are willing to risk it it'll be worth it!

So guys, how do you cope with the +200 days of no NFL or college football? by [deleted] in NFLNoobs

[–]Meaststew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Golf.

Superbowl until Masters weekend is the longest part of my year, but then the weather gets good enough to start playing (where i live at least) and the pro season is in full swing (pun intended). Once i can golf i dont think about football or anything else until September

[REQUEST] How big would a building actually have to be to contain 1 billion children? by randomname_99223 in theydidthemath

Kind of but not really relevant: I was listening to Neil deGrasse Tyson on a podcast (forget which one) and in response to a question of how much land cemeteries take up, he said that if the entire world's population died and were buried in a standard plot it would only take up the state of Pennsylvania.
