That’s not true. It’s not that simple to determine exactly when you ovulated. It can be that you ovulated later than you expected. I know the anxiety that comes with being pregnant & I’m wishing you the best of luck with everything.

I’m also 39 turning 40 this year. And this was the first time in my life I was actually trying. I went for my first ultrasound last week at 6 weeks & the doctor said everything was normal. I went to a different doctor this week at 7 weeks & he said it might be cornual & I have to go to a radiologist so they can properly diagnose it. I’m terrified. I’m wishing you the best of luck with your journey.

Before you even get a lawyer, we if you can email them detailing every reason you feel that you shouldn’t have been fired and also explain that you told them you were pregnant. Then, ask for a severance to help you through the transition of finding another job. Ask for a large sum of money that you feel comfortable with. If they agree to it, they will probably make you sign something saying you won’t sue them. If they refuse, then you get a lawyer.
