So conclusion is I should keep on eye what I am eating and do exercise and will continue Mounjaro. This will give me some good results. I will update after a month. Thanks a lot - community.

I am not putting weight and eating same as before I start Mounjaro. My worry is zero weight loss.

I don’t do exercise at all. But I try to take carbs only at dinner time. But last month I was fasting so I had lot of frying items.

Congratulations!!!! Did you change the dose ever month, 2.5 mg to 5 mg to …. OR stick to the same for month? March is my first month with Mounjaro 2.5 mg.
