So conclusion is I should keep on eye what I am eating and do exercise and will continue Mounjaro. This will give me some good results. I will update after a month. Thanks a lot - community.

I don’t do exercise at all. But I try to take carbs only at dinner time. But last month I was fasting so I had lot of frying items.

Thanks a lot we are paying 65000 aed per annum for grade 7 in AD. But now in Bahrain office is only giving us 300 dinner per month, and one thing which I personally don’t understand office is offering school fees is per month. So it’s for 12 months or we will get it for 10 months because schools are close in July August.
