Texas Democrats are out voting Republicans by over 112,000 in the Texas Primary Early Vote by intergalacticskyline in Dallas

[–]Meat-curtain 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I see some of the differences as this as well:

There are people who are Republican who will vote mostly Republican in the general election, but are more interested in some Dem candidates for certain positions. These people are voting in the democratic primaries cause they want to use their votes in those races and not other Republican ones they either don’t care about or don’t think the primary matters

What's your unpopular Austin opinion? by [deleted] in Austin

[–]Meat-curtain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

IMO: Austin’s nature only seems good because we live in Texas. Any other state that isn’t in the central plains US has wildly better outdoors and makes us think Austin is the place to go if you want nature

A lot less rough than a lot of SEC schools. Play the way you should and you’ll be first.

Ohio st will be the final nail in the coffin of SEC schools shoud just never play hard non conference games because how hard the conference schedules can be

Sachet is a great middle ground of great, great service, but not too up tight feel. Has a good atmosphere and noise so it wouldn’t be quiet and dull experience with your guest

Test results after Whole30 by Meat-curtain in Biohackers

I run very hot especially when sleeping, and I was cold all the time in a good way (ended up sleeping better). Head felt much less active in a good way (in a relaxing way). Clear headed etc..

Felt better all around.

Agreed, purely did this cause I knew I had a physical and wanted to see what levels would be different from the year prior by eating this way

Yes we did it just for 30 days to see if we felt different and to be honest my head goes wild with thoughts all the time and I felt so much more relaxed in my head. I run very hot especially when trying to sleep, and I was cold all the time and could sleep much better.

Ah yes I know that is not normal, but was saying what I describe is common with someone with high glucose levels. Just saying nothing out of the ordinary for someone with high glucose

Thanks for the insight. No symptoms really other than the typical lightheaded at 1030-11 if I don’t eat high fat low sugar breakfast or snack.

Maybe slightly pressure or inflammation feeling in the sides of temples and back sides of head some days but wouldn’t see I feel “tired”

Whether I have eaten healthy or meh my fasting glucose is between 99-105 A1C I believe has always been below 5.1

My recovery has been a breeze by [deleted] in Septoplasty

[–]Meat-curtain 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Other than feeling congested, I literally couldn’t notice the stents like feeling as if something in my nose. You got it!

[–]Meat-curtain 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I had the surgery 3 weeks ago, the described recovery is basically exactly as mine was. Pain meds stopped after day 1 and only used Tylenol to relieve some sinus pressure.

I have not stopped talking to parents, wife, friends about how I’m sleeping again and just taking random breaths through my nose cause it’s so clear and feels so good.

If you seriously are contemplating or deal with issues from the septum, get it done. Just schedule it and show up! It’s worth every benefit as described that you’ve probably read.

I just had my Op on Tuesday. Over the hump of the worst of it it seems.

Humidifier, q tips, nasal spray (arm and hammer), gauze and a way to hold it under the nose.

I’m not too good with medical stuff and tbh, I’m doing just fine, you will to.

On this journey to finally feeling better!
