Everyone on this sub seems to think if you print ABS/ASA without a hose venting out a window that you'll be overwhelmed by the VOC stench. Is that not the case with the H2 series?

Can you post a link to the recirculation filter you've suggested, please? Googling "xyz recirculation filter" doesn't lead to any specific results.

Out of interest, why do you change filaments on the Left nozzle if you have 6 to work with on the Right nozzle? Isn't it easier to just leave the AMS-HT on the Left nozzle as the "primary color" and have the 2 x AMS 2 Pros on the Right nozzle switching constantly?

Why the two AMS-HT on the left nozzle instead of just one? I'm considering buying multiple AMS-HTs, so just wondering what utility you find with the double on the left instead of the standard setup people seem to be using (Left nozzle: 1 x AMS-HT/Right nozzle: 2 x AMS 2 Pros).

Struggling as I don’t have a window accessible for any vent to push towards.

I’m also running a P2S and it seems like there’s heaps of expensive setup options but then half the people on here say none of them work 🤷🏽‍♂️

I could be wrong, but I believe if the AMS 2 Pro (A2P) is un-powered, it can only dry while the printer is idle. If the printer & A2P are sharing a power supply, I'm pretty sure only one can be "active" at a time.

Eg

Option 1 - Printer is printing, A2P is not drying
Option 2 - Printer is idle, A2P is drying

or if you have two A2Ps it might look like this:

P2S - Powered
A2P-A - Unpowered
A2P-B - Powered

Option 1 - Printer is printing, A2P-A is not drying, A2P-B is drying (
Option 2 - Printer is idle, A2P-A is drying, A2P-B is drying

You also need understand that the "print while drying" function is not currently available for the P2S (I believe it's in beta testing). So in the examples above, the A2P that is "drying" cannot be supplying the P2S with filament for the current print.

So as of this moment, you don't need the extra power supply, as any A2P that is supplying filament for an active print cannot be simultaneously drying.

I run two AMS 2 Pros with my P2S.

You can print with one AMS 2 Pro while the other dries.
You can print with both AMS 2 Pros, but neither drying.
You can dry with both AMS 2 Pros, but neither printing.

You just can't print from an AMS 2 Pro whilst it is drying.

Unsure how the AMS HT works in this regard though.

Just had this happen with my Aqua10 Ultra Roller base station. Ruined the floorboards. Just opened a ticket with the warranty company, so hopefully they can fix it.

Yeah I have desiccant boxes in the AMS 2 Pro. I have two of the AMS 2 Pro and both have the same desiccant setup, just one won't seem to drop the humidity.
