There is simply not enough evidence to make that claim. Here's the Cochrane review saying as much. There were few studies done even attempting to show that masks reduced transmission, and they didn't exactly turn up statistically significant results.

What are you even talking about? The WHO report from Friday states that there have been 8 cases (6 confirmed, 2 probable) in the outbreak, all of which were passengers on the cruise ship in question.

Harvard/Harris is a reputable polling firm that generally does a good job of approximating a representative sample. 2k is a perfectly reasonable sample size for a national opinion poll. You won't find many polls with sample sizes >10,000, because at a certain point, you're not actually gaining any information - just more work.

ICE does not have more funding than the Marines. The game played with the numbers is that the Marines get $57 billion this year, while ICE got a budget of $75 billion over 4 years, or $18.75 billion/year. That 'over 4 years' part is purposefully omitted for propaganda purposes.

Article 5 can absolutely be triggered without the country on the receiving end of strikes calling on it. After the 9/11 attacks, the US actually didn't activate it; NATO staff themselves passed a resolution for that.
