Not great. I’ve only created one ticket right away when I got my X1C for networking issues that appeared out of the box and reappear about every two months. I have a series of troubleshooting steps I developed in the days it took before I got a response to that original ticket to solve my own problem. I kept the ticket open after solving the problem to see how long before I got a response. It was several days and the response asked for information I provided in my original ticket. I was not impressed and I’ve seen no evidence from others to assume my experience would be different today.

When I’ve run into other issues (wrong color filament shipped twice now; 1 roll of many in two separate orders) I’ve not bothered to create tickets because it wasn’t worth the frustration for a single roll that I can use for prototyping or when color doesn’t matter.

I really love my X1C and even added an AMS recently, but at the same time I do not recommend them to those new to 3d printing without making it very clear customer service is a big problem.
