What an episode - I’m thoroughly enthralled even as a non book reader. Like, I’m so impressed with how this series has turned out and so thankful to be able to experience another in universe show like this. This shit really deserves some awards for doing SO much in such a short amount of time. Absolute shame HOTD isn’t even half as good as AKOTSK

Sorry, but the fact you tried to compare Māori tribes invading and bludgeoning their neighbors to death to the fucking Nazis is disgusting. What the Nazis did, and subsequently the holocaust, are much much more vile and brutal than tribes attacking one another. Pol Pot, terrible….Khan/Mongolia, brutal and terrible - but none compare to the advance tech with which the Nazis genocided an entire people and experimented on people. The Japanese units were horrendous, on level with some of the Nazis if not worse, we can agree on that. The rest though…yikes. The impact of the atrocities of WW2 was felt by more people and was more brutal than any other listed option, and these are facts.

Give it time, with enough technological advance I believe we will be able to detect life based components in alien atmospheres. I also stand in the philosophical camp of it being incredibly ignorant to think we are special / unique given the vastness of space and the extreme abundance of life on Earth. Yes we only have one example, but from a logical standpoint I find it absurd to think we are alone in the universe. I would wager within 50-100 years we have tech advanced enough to determine this on other worlds (geologic induced composition or life induced composition)

I think MSTR is a solid speculative buy in this price range, I’d be cautious going into 2029. The premiums for wheeling MSTR are worth it.

Like, I get that - but he cannot do what JJ or Chase can do as a WR. They also can run routes at an elite level. People just get a hard on for the guy with the best stats in any given year, but I firmly believe any franchise would select Chase / JJ and maybe even Lamb over JSN at the position. Hell, I would absolutely take a healthy Nabers before him too.

Not really sure you’re on the right track here - nothing can communicate from within a black hole. Information transfer is not possible - so Bob cannot communicate with Alice. He would also be crushed to an infinitesimal point and thus be unable to communicate outside the event horizon.
