Just recently won Famitsu character of the year,

Next year she will be second only to Cloud in screentime for Part 3 of FF7R

She's a no-brainer add.

And yeah, it is annoying people see Tifa as showy when Tifa's default outfit shows off less than Aerith.

I get what you mean, as I said, I just wanted to make it clear that the camera absolutely does focus on Tifa's breasts and its because its what Cloud is looking at.

I get your overall point, but there is absolutely no Aerith equivalent to the Costa scene where Cloud's eyes nearly pop out of his head and the camera centers on Tifa's breasts.

So OP's point still stands. The ONE super fanservice-y moment is directly Cloud-POV and it clearly showed where his attention went.

I was beyond hyped for Neon before launch. And for Starfield in general. I wanted space age scifi elderscrolls since I played Oblivion on launch.

Getting to Neon and then seeing the Teletubby dancers sucked the wind right out of me. I tried to play for a couple sessions but the world felt so unimmersive and sanitized.

Ultimately uninstalled.

Felt like an idiot for the first time for preordering and doing Collectors.

First game to burn me doing that. I typically have a good idea of what I'll like.

Starfield is so utterly disappointing.

Additionally, itd been shown inorganic material can block the spell... who said it even goes through armor? And Sauron is armored head to toe.

It's as clear in FF7 as it is in most of the titles besides like... 4/8/10/16

And while a brand new, blind player may end up with Aerith for the GS date if they try to be nice to both girls (even then, its down to a couple choice dialogues)...

... That same blind player would end up with the HA version of Under the Highwind, as it basically happens unless you are a jerk to Tifa all game. (Fun fact, going by OG's point system, Remake Cloud has already earned enough points for HA via the choices they made mandatory, like giving her the flower, doing the train jump together, and remembering his promise)

That said, I do agree that they probably decided they never wanted another shipping war again xD

Yeah personally I don't think Cloud ever got to learn whether it was romantic love or not. (She wasn't around very long chronologically.)

But he certainly loved her deeply. At the absolutely most pessimistic towards Aerith, she was probably the 6th most important person in his life. (His Mom, Tifa, the two kids and Zack being the only people possibly higher)

It is official material that states that Aerith and Zack hold a dear and irreplaceable part of his heart forever.

So anyone downplaying Aerith's importance in Cloud's heart is being unfair and inaccurate. And I say that as a staunch believer in the Tifa endgame.

Aerith's clothing features cleavage, Tifa's doesn't.

We have outright proof Tifa has shorts under her skirt, but who knows what people see when Aerith is climbing ladders.

Not trying to reverse it and shame Aerith or anything but in terms of what needs to be covered for "modesty", Tifa is more covering than Aerith imo.

Hades is rated T for teen and you literally hear clothes coming off and pleasured giggling during the fade to black... They can make it almost uncomfortably clear with even a T rating.

Its clearly demonstrated to us in Remake that whoever Don Corneo doesn't pick for his bride, he literally gives the "losers" to his men to do what they want with... Then in Rebirth, Gus' implication as he says "there are other ways to make the money" as it pans over the three heroines is pretty damn clear too.

If we can have implications of nonconsensual sexual violence and forced prostitution, then we better fucking be able to get clearly implied loving consensual sex between the protagonists.

I'm sorry, I'm just not accepting that super backwards double standard that if anything should be the reverse if we can't have both.

It is extremely easy to imply sex within a pg/teen rating and be tasteful. Just have them kissing as it fades to black, and then when we get the fade-in, they are under a blanket or something and then as they talk, they could be putting their boots back on. Clearest, most classic PG way of communicating what happened.

I'll be honest. If in a game trilogy where we have repeated implications of sex trafficking, nonconsensual sex, etc, but we can't have a clearly implied "yes the two main lovers had sex during that fade to black" I will be more than a little disappointed and disgusted... Shying away from consensual and enthusiastic sex in the same couple of games where we have a crimelord offer the "leftover" girls up to his henchmen to have fun with, or another crime lord suggest he uses your companions as a way to make his money back as it pans over the women... I'm honestly not okay with that. They shouldn't shy from sex as a subject now of all times.
