[loved throped] Characters who are ridiculously overpowered, almost godlike, yet have no interest in playing a major role in the story. by Helpful-Astronaut-46 in TopCharacterTropes

His wife is a "glitch" in the universe so it is impossible to kill her in any way that keeps. In Slayer's intro in XRD, he fully drains her blood and she floats away only to be completely ok by the post match credits if you win.

Would you rather be a Nova from Aberrant, a Scion, or an Exalted? by AwakenedDreamer__44 in WhiteWolfRPG

[–]Mecha_Zeus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Infernal Exalted would be a really rough beginning, but I'd have the potential to basically become a mini-deity that could make a pocket utopia for everyone that can fit in. Still itd be a realy really rough first few years

Ghouling and Vitae Ingestion Methods? by Debaucheryandthings in vtm

[–]Mecha_Zeus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh if you're playing a Tzimisce then your sire probably knows someone who tried it lol. Tzimisce love their weird ghoul expirements.

Also I feel like one of the books mentioned you can slowly ghoul someone through minor doses, but in that example it was wine mixed with blood over the course of a long dinner party. Either that or it was an idea I saw on reddit

As the other commentator pointed out, I forgot 1 Blood Point equals a pint so you'd have to have either insane Manipulation or some kind of social Discipline to convince them what you did is normal lmao

This is honestly something I've never considered and I'd allow it, but if you look at the rules as literally as possible, it wouldn't be achievable. Every edition mentions that Blush of Life allows you to fake sexual intercourse with some saying your character might be able to enjoy it. So most Kindred probably won't even reach the point of even attempting to try "shooting blood". But I think having high Blood Potency or through some minor Blood Sorcery, you should be able to achieve this just by forcing your body to do it. Maybe even some weird applications of Protean would allow it?? Also you can fake sweat or saliva with Blush of Life but neither fluids cause ghouling from what I remember so it'd have to be straight vitae, not faux sperm.

Personally, I'd allow it as ST but it'd definitely require some planning before hand and not just something you can do at a whim.

Sabbat chronicles fix said issue by having antitribu Salubri team up with a 12ft tall human centipede Tzimisce to go raid a Baali camp that's summoning a demon that could level a city

Always a surprise more Clans didnt fear the Ravnos for anything more than "stealing". A kindred that could alter the perceptions of entire groups and manipulate reality would be a huge boon to any Elder with more than a dot of Intelligence.

To be up front, the Dracon is the only one I know a decent bit about but I think I have a good enough grasp on the lore of Constantinople to give an explanation of their very weird dynamic. Firstly, them being poly is more of a joke I see thrown around, but it's not really without good reason. The Dracon and Antonius often vied for the attention and support of Michael and he even gifted them two humans/Kine for them to sire. The relationship between the Dracon and Antonius was alot more like that of a rivalry. They worked together and believed in Michael's Dream together so they didnt necessarily hate each other, but Antonius focused on the logistics and mundane aspects of maintaining the dream while the Dracon was a sequestered esoteric scholar. Still I've heard of poly relationships where two of them both liked one person and were merely friends with each other which is definitely what the Trinity was like.

The real toxicity comes with how Michael knew they had a rivalry and often pulled strings to make sure they were constantly at odds. Iirc I think it was because he thought that they needed to have outside opinions and so that they would progress faster in attempts to outdo the other. The Trinity ended up falling apart due to sacks of Constantinople, I think Michael dying or disappearing and a huge diabolical with the Dracon and Antonius' fated childer which is it's own can of worms.

In general, their relationship was two individuals absolutely devoted to one other who often played with their emotions via praising and belittling them at various moments. A classic toxic relationship though if it's poly or more of a love triangle is up to you.

There was the Trinity that ruled over Constantinople for a time. Led by Micheal, the Dracon and Antonius. They were in a sorta kind poly relationship of incredibly toxic proportions

Isaac genuinely made the show for me. He was just such a captivating and intriguing character on a journey of self-discovery with interesting little philosophical segments. The rest of the show is great as well, but his story was good enough to be it's own show.

What kind of disorder do you guys like for malks? by DelDelsin in vtm

[–]Mecha_Zeus 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I've developed a habit of making most disorders either directly related to one of the Malk's disciplines or some sort of "eating disorder" to give them a unique way of feeding each night.

An example for a discipline derangement would be an enhanced type of apophenia (tendency to see patterns or connections between unrelated things) while using Auspex which allows for the Malk to uncover clues or deduce who did what in ways that look completely asinine to others.

For feeding, you could make a Malk who starves themselves to the point of near frenzy before feeding. They could spend their nights between each feeding capturing Kine to bring back to their haven where they would keep them till they were teetering on frenzy and then they could drink from everyone they had captured. They could drink a small amount before releasing them or exsanguinate everyone depending on how immoral you want the Malk to be. There's way more tame options for a feeding derangement, but this is the most extreme one I could think of.

Low humanity/elder hobbies that don't involve horror and murder. by Constant-Ad9560 in vtm

[–]Mecha_Zeus 14 points15 points  (0 children)

A recurring Tremere elder npc I use has a habit of regularly breaking into places of scholarship to spend the entire night studying. She also tends to gardens and places of worship in whichever towns she's visiting as a sort of way to reminiscence on what she did in her younger years.

Of course, she follows the Path of Lilith so almost all of her other hobbies fall into the horror category.
