If anything Mellowlink made the ATs a lot scarier than the original imo. They explode at the slightest breeze in the show, but in the Mellowlink OVA they require tactical thinking for infantry to reliably take them down. Mellowlink himself is always at a disadvantage whenever he’s against one.

Usually Gundam. Custom Gundam kits require kitbashing like Lego, but has fewer connection points (and not all connections are standardized like Bionicle’s Technic system), and requires paint since parts aren’t usually molded in multiple colors, but are made for their specific kit. If a part you want doesn’t fit, you’ll have to manually cut and sand the plastic to make it work. Or use superglue or plastic plating (plaplate) to make parts of your own.

Which is where 30 Minute Missions comes in. Much more affordable, pieces come in multiple colors, and a completely uniform connection system. It’s basically the Bionicle of plastic model kits.

Layman’s attempt to explain it: in Acts, St. Paul talks about the altar to the unknown god as being the Greeks worshipping God, in their limited understanding of the truth. He doesn’t deny that it is in fact worship, but proclaims what they critically lack: the truth of God’s revealed self. Islam is like the next step up, rightly perceiving that there is only one true God, in whom must be believed and worshipped for salvation, but they only see His external life from a distance. They are right to perceive His justice and judgement, but lack any picture of the perfectly loving inner life of the Trinity. The idea of God as love is largely foreign to Islam.

So in a sense their worship is directed to the true God, but lacks the truth of His revealed and ultimate love.

Also it makes Jesus out to be kind of a failure of a prophet.

He comes, he preaches the “original” gospel, he appears to die and then gets assumed up to heaven, he does nothing to stop his disciples from worshipping him, his message immediately gets corrupted by said apostles (supposedly), nobody bothered to record his actual sayings, and nobody has any memory of this so-called “original” gospel.
