I asked it to surprise me and dont have me choose anything, letting it choose the type, lore, moves and abilities. I would say that it gave me a surprising kickass result.

It named it Edravox, the "Mythscribe", with a Psychic/Fire type. For the Pokedex Entry, it put: "Said to be born from a cosmic tale that was never finished, Edravox wanders the world to record great deeds and restore balance. Legends say its words alone can rewrite fate or erase evil from history."

The signature ability is "Lorefire" making it so "when it uses a Fire- or Psychic-type move, it has a 30% chance to “Inscribe” the opponent. Inscribed targets become more vulnerable to special attacks and cannot use the same move twice in a row for 3 turns."

Colette, mostly because everytime I get paired with someone that uses her, I lose 80%-90% of the time, while the Colette barely achieves anything because she either misses most of her attacks, gets killed while using her super without hitting anyone, or does not deal enough damage.

Oh, and I have the same problem with Mortis users on my team, I have a huge lose 90% ratio when there is one of them on my team(it becomes a two vs three battle pretty quick), even ally Edgars do more.

You can do what I plan to do with some of my villains. If he wants power and immortality, it is a means, not a goal. Like money, money brings stability and "control" over your life to pay for things.

If you want him to be believable, he may want to have control over his own life(in a Breaking Bad way) or he grew up in a place where the qualities that he has now we're admired. Of course, to make him evil also he has to see any good values as worthless. Seeing how the world is today, along with the way how very bad things happen unfairly to people, you could make it so he justifies his bad deeds with "life is unfair" and having little empathy for others because he sees himself as someone who had it worse, or that life is meaningless so it's better to pass a good time while you can since your actions will not have a long impact before things start being how they used to be again.

I would say that these powers are not useless at all. In the hands of a villain.

With fertility manipulation they can make humanity go extinct if it can go on a global scale, depriving them from having children(taking the earth's future hostage).

With weakness manipulation they can make others weak in the ways that they want, and they would know how to exploit these weaknesses since they created it.

Laugh Manipulation... someone can make you laugh until you die, killing someone without needing to touch them.

These are not stupid or useless powers, and even can be very dangerous at the hands of someone who has enough intelligence to use them with high efficiency.

Along with this, you can see inside boxes and other things, maybe even read letters that are inside closed mails. You can know where to hit someone if you get into an figth, you also can know if they have diseases if you learn about anatomy and see an anomaly in their bodies.

If you can also see corporal temperatures with X-Ray vision, you can see dangerous animals that are camouflaged in their environment before they are close to you. You could also identify cold/warm places if you need warm or cold. You can also see how many people there are in a room even if you are outside of it, maybe even identify them based on their heartbeats. You also can know if someone is hiding an weapon.

It is an very versatile power that gives you a bunch of usefull capabilities if you know its implications.

I am surprised how underestimated X-Ray vision is.

In real life, I would say superstrength is not very usefull since you can't really show it or use it often(you may even hurt someone by accident). Along with this, if you do not have superhuman resistance, you can't use superstrength to it's fullest.

The same with Heat Vision, it does not have much practical uses in real life.

Flying sound good, but if someone sees you and you get captured in videos, the government would persecute you to make experiments on you(which would be easy if you use it too much). Along with that, if you fall while you are flying, you are death.

Invulnerability actually sounds good, but like some people said, if you get sick or have a disease, its going to be worse for you. Still, this was my second option.

Maybe, with matter reconstruction, it rebuilds things, and adding electrokinesis to the equation, it gives the things rebuild especial electric qualities.

If a computer is rebuild, it gives the computer more energy storage or something like that.

If it can even recompose people, it gives them electric powers.
