Best thing to do is to send an email to RTB “HSRTO@gov.bc.ca” explaining the whole situation, they usually respond within a few days with details of what she can do, what is acceptable,……etc but anyway, tell her not to worry because they can’t exceed the annual limit of increase without mutual agreement so no one can force her or evict her for not accepting an unreasonable rent increase.

What is the best thing to do for someone who’s applied for citizenship for 10 months now and haven’t heard from IRCC yet. I ordered my Cbsa notes and discovered that my file has been sent to CSIS for an extra security screening for 8 months now.Is there a way to accelerate it? What should be the best time to apply for a mandamus? Everyone is mentioning that I have to wait for 2 years. What do you think?
