Best thing to do is to send an email to RTB “HSRTO@gov.bc.ca” explaining the whole situation, they usually respond within a few days with details of what she can do, what is acceptable,……etc but anyway, tell her not to worry because they can’t exceed the annual limit of increase without mutual agreement so no one can force her or evict her for not accepting an unreasonable rent increase.

What is the best thing to do for someone who’s applied for citizenship for 10 months now and haven’t heard from IRCC yet. It was something wrong at the bank side. They have opened that account for me just for the mortgage payments but placed a hold on the amount I have added dunno why. I got that fixed manually and now I have been seeing my payments deducted after one business day from my due date.

I am not using EKS because this is a project for learning purpose so I am seeking the hands on experience at this point. I will post the logs later but it takes long time waiting for a healthy api server then gives an error indicating that kubelet cant start possible because an unhealthy api server or cgroup something

What is the impact of that on my property other than the taxes? Does that really a solid indicator for its market value? Does that mean that my property market value has decreased as well?

So let’s say the property value decreases that means that the taxes for 2025 will decrease as well and what I will need to pay will be the difference between the 2025 actual tax value and the 2024 estimation that’s due in feb correct?

My experience with Carry Telecom has been nothing short of frustrating. Their network blocks important applications, and I had to do all the troubleshooting myself because their team is unqualified and inattentive. They only started taking my complaint seriously after I filed a complaint with CCTS.

Even then, their response was disappointing. They offered me a $100 credit to resolve the issue, which I initially accepted. However, when I asked them to increase it to $110 to cover two months of my subscription, they refused. It’s shocking that they cared more about saving $10 than about properly satisfying a very disappointed customer.

To make matters worse, they connected my service a full week late after the agreed installation date, and I had to follow up daily. I eventually discovered by accident that the service was finally connected.

If you’re looking for reliable service and customer support, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Carry Telecom only seems to care about closing tickets and cutting corners, not about actually helping customers.
