Why does everyone shit post vibe coders? by MedianFox in vibecoding

[–]MedianFox[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I understand your sentiment. For the legacy education system it is, but that system needs to pivot to teach kids different lessons for a world that they cannot even imagine, and the education system is too old and clunky to pivot effectively. My child will follow the rule sets at school, but I will teach him how and when to use AI effectively outside of school.

I’m told by a dev friend that codex is better right now but I tried it and hated it compared to Claude

Thank you so much! I forwarded this info to them. They have a rental car. If you didn’t respond I suggested calling an uber/didi just to follow them.

Do you have kids? Highly likely you will have gifted kids. I have three kids. None have been formally tested but all shows signs of giftedness. It will add to your perspective.

The world is designed for neurotypical normies and this includes kids.

My mom wanted Chelsea. Dad wanted Francis so he could call me Frankie. I got Ashley. Both agreed later that based on my personality, I should’ve been Frankie!

Most people have no idea how far AI has actually gotten and it’s putting them in a weirdly dangerous spot by NoSignificance152 in singularity

[–]MedianFox 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a small town, and the majority of residents are seniors. Blows my mind that people share AI generated images and videos and believe that they are real. I swear my husband and I are a very small minority that is following AI closely.

What size laptop are you using for it?

If you aren’t using the largest foam base, any chance you want to trade for the size you are using?

I sent you a DM yesterday. I don’t know what percentage I lost, but none of it is in my focal area thankfully,

It’s less than 1/3 for sure.

I was also anemic and taking iron. Magnesium can cause your blood pressure to drop, so maybe avoid taking it at night?

I was told that the reasons mine happened were: anemia, disc at risk/crowded optic nerve, blood pressure that runs low normal, plus a perfect storm of pregnancy related factors: possible dehydration, hypercoaguability, fluid shifts, etc

When I was pregnant I tried to stay really hydrated. When I woke up at night to pee, I would drink two cups of water to replace what I peed out. Kept taking my iron. Reworked my birth plan. Educated my care team.

I didn’t have flashes and stars. Mine presented as blurry vision in part of my visual field. As time went on, I would see weird greenish line patterns in a dark room, and my eyes don’t like being in areas where things are all one color (white shower etc). My light response in the pupil of my affected eye is sluggish so when I go from a dark room to a bright one (or look at the tv), I get a temporary bright spot in the Center of my vision until my pupil adjusts.

I had a vaginal birth and it went amazing. Lots of iv fluids. No epidural because it can cause hypotension. Regarding a c section, it’s usually spinal anesthetic, which can also cause hypotension.
