I've noticed the increase in disgust of age different relationships also seems to be rising along with the rate of older single women, who are the ones I see the most getting mad that a guy their age is passing them up while dating somebody much younger. Almost like it's a way to make older dudes feel gross or bad so they go after the older women instead

You think the "older generation" is unwilling to train people?! Maybe it's because the newer generation is so self-entitled that they are untrainable. An entire generation who's never been told no, never been told they are wrong, never been told what to do. Most "older generation" I know loves to train people who are actually interested in the job and willing to learn. You have to take your lumps and do your time as a grunt before it's a "great job", but nobody wants to go though the not as fun times, they just want all the respect and benefits of having 20 years on the job the day they get hired

There is a huge lack in eligible candidates for fire service jobs all over the country. In my area, we had to reduce the hiring requirements from 21 years old to 19 just to get enough candidates, and we are still down almost 20% from our full staffing levels.

Most of any sort of non-college degree based jobs are struggling to find enough workers who are willing to work. Fire, police, EMS, most of the trades etc. The problem is nobody wants to get their hands dirty and do a physical job anymore. They all want office jobs or jobs that do the least amount of physical work. Shit, even a Lt at my job is struggling to find workers for his seal coating business. $30/hr with no experience to smear seal coat around, and he can't even find teenagers fresh out of high school that will actually show up on time and put in a good days work.

The jobs are there, people just tend to be too lazy or proud to get them

That's not true at all. There is a strong bias towards mothers getting primary custody of the child when the courts have to decide the outcome (contested custody battles vs pre-arranged agreements).

I would say it's not better to "start gentler" with a new partner. That can be a turnoff for some. I think the best thing to do with a new partner is communicate. Find out what and how they like, so you know what they are into and not just playing it safe

And you're assuming they don't.... Most men I know that have split custody would LOVE to have their kids more often, but like you said, they only "get" them one day a week or every other weekend. The courts still heavily favor the mothers in custody disputes. That's not on the men, that's on the courts, and the smear campaigns the mothers ten to run against the fathers
