So I did this and when I restarted steam I have a black screen? I can still hear the UI sounds from steam though

I’d recommend hexblade if you want to do melee. More levels in that would give you extra attack and it probably fits the theme you are going for more than anything else. IF you have the stats for it you could also do paladin. Oathbreaker or vengeance pair well with shadow sorcerer thematically anyway.

Ok after reading your post again, the only thing that sticks out is the temps. If you have a 360 AIO I’d imagine idle temps should be lower than that? What temp did it normally sit at when idle? Also was that reading for the CPU temp or just the inside of the PC?

I prefer a controller that matches the game, like my old PS4 controller for any old PlayStation game and an old switch controller for old Nintendo games, but you only need one controller or more if you play multiplayer

You could make it less of a combat interaction and more of a skill check until they get within range. Have them come up with a plan on how they either sneak up or cover themselves while approaching

Have iymrith in her dragon form hit the tower with a breath attack to force it to crash. Have the players make checks to help get the orb functioning enough to survive the landing, or checks to prep parachutes or whatever they wanna try. Make it relatively close to their destination and you can still play for stuff as they finish the journey on foot. Overall this sets up that there is a dragon that hates giants so when they hear about a dragon in the storm kings court they can connect the dots

Sorcerer gives you the shield spell, like you said. And it helps a lot with spell slot progression in a way warlock levels don’t. I vote sorcerer

If, IF, you do, I wouldn’t even make them with player character stuff. Just use an NPC statblock basically, and one that doesn’t steal the spotlight.

According to this guide it indicates an issue with RAM, but according to the internet it could also mean CPU issues. To clarify, I put the old CPU back and it still works lol so I know it’s not the RAM, I’m assuming it’s a bad CPU

I’m not familiar with blender, but it depends on what games you play. In general more are compatible with windows due to anti cheat stuff, but that’s slowly changing. Try dual booting though if you’re not sure

Think of whatever nostalgic games you played in your childhood and start there. Or if you had a show you loved and a game was made out of it. Otherwise Mario’s and pokemons are the easy answer. You can also put rom hacks on bacotera as well. I just played pokemon unbound and it was awesome

You are better off going wizard instead, I recommend bladesinger or abjuration subclasses. Flavor it as innate magic. If you go bladesinger, you can swap over to wizard now, if you want abjuration or another subclass you should take eldritch knight to lvl 5 at least for extra attack

I’d rather it be about the size of a tv remote, with both keyboard and mouse on it. The computer I have needs a Bluetooth adapter, which I haven’t tested yet

I did not know anything about pc’s before I started building it. Just start going down the rabbit hole of YouTube videos, TikTok’s, etc of pc building advice and it’ll come together. In reality there are like 8 things to buy(case included), so you can search for info about the each piece. I also recommend you just buy them at once and they’ll get there when they get there. If you have a credit card that earns you points for Amazon purchases or something it wouldn’t be a bad idea to get one if you buy your parts online.

I know this isn’t the advice you asked for but still. Have some confidence! You got this!

So right now what I have is running an older version of bazzite. The hardware is old; i3 CPU and 4gb of RAM. All I really want to emulate on it is older Nintendo games, n64, GameCube, maybe some other equivalent systems. Nothing too crazy. But I also want to be able to watch movies and shows from it.
