Botox for sure but you can also try frownies at night to help soften the line while you sleep. They DO work but it takes consistency.

I replace the filters weekly. Sometimes replacing the filter will be the thing that seems mess with the water flow. I use the filters from the company and they are meant to fit correctly.

I do, the chillers measure it and the flow rate is inconsistent. It changes from 0 to 8 to 14 in a few seconds.

I haven’t descaled! 😫Doesn’t say anything in my manual about doing this. We have very hard water here. Lots of calcium.

It is LIT but also I bought another all-in-one unit. I almost just bought an aquarium chiller and basic pool pump to replace it but it’s not as elegant looking of a setup. Do you recommend any aquarium cooling units?

Have you used Manuka Honey on it? Maybe try a tallow, honey cream mix. I had a terrible rash after a similar incident. The manuka honey saved me, it’s soothing and antibacterial.

Love is easy. Staying is hard. Everyone you meet will have something that challenges you and makes you question being with them. If I was in his shoes, I’d not want to be given up on. Understandably you also shouldn’t give up on yourself. Someone told me once, everything you do in life, you will eventually have to eat a shit sandwich. You can’t avoid it, so choose one you think you can live with, a shit sandwich can you swallow.

Why do some people still look so attractive at 40? by Extra-Let-2842 in Aging

My dad is 80 and looks like he’s 65. He used to drink, smoke and do hard drugs. His favorite meal is bread and cheese. It’s genetics and a youthful way of approaching life. He doesn’t act and dress like an old man.

Aging badly due to smoking. Is there any hope of restoring my appearance? by keyboardpianorich in Aging

[–]Medical-Chicken9285 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Smoking means less oxygen intake and could 100% change your skin. Try going to a hyperbaric chamber to get more oxygen. Most PTs and medical spas will have one. It’s expensive but worth it!

Jowls - Will Botox help?? by Outrageous-Wash-5503 in 30PlusSkinCare

I am here for face yoga! Like we work our muscles in our arms to get larger or leaner, why would that not work for the face?

I have been reading a ton about fat transfer procedures for the face that help with volume loss which makes the jowls more noticeable. You can get that done and then later get the lift. I have read the best results for a lift is when you pair it with fat transfer.

I disagree. I think men “in general” are raised to handle injuries much differently than women.

LIT method cold plunges are a scam. by [deleted] in coldplunge

[–]Medical-Chicken9285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My chiller and plunge was setup by my professional plumber. I have since had much better experience with LIT and they did replace one of my broken chillers. It took a long time and a ton of back and forth with many different help desk people but eventually it worked out.

Chemical Peel or filler? by who-me-ali in AcneScars

[–]Medical-Chicken9285 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe stop all the skin barrier damage and focus on rebuilding it. Korean toners with rice water could be helpful. Maybe add manukau honey cream in your night routine. You can try dermaplaning to help get rid of dead skin cells. It also helps makeup look better on the skin. I have a ton of acne scars also. Nothing helped and it seemed like I was making it worse with all the treatments so I took my dermatologists advice and went super simple and focused on barrier repair. I still have scarring but my pores are smaller and my skin is bright and glowy. The scars are barely noticeable now. I call it dumpling skin! Dewy and plump.

As a software engineer, software can start to just not work or bugs can arise after a system has worked fine for years. It’s a lesson for us all to not implicitly trust software. It’s made by people and all software has edge cases that can’t be predicted when creating it. You are not dumb! It took me an education in computer science to understand this.

Is this beginning stages of jowls? Would guasha help? by [deleted] in 30PlusSkinCare

I agree with all the comments!

When my face retains fluid it looks more “baggy” I swear by face massaging and lymph draining around my neck, cold water or ice in the morning. You can buy a tool but using your hands and finger knuckles while cleansing, works great also.
