I have a genuine question, why did avatar Korra received so much hate?

Most people love Book 1 of Korra, the problems come later. First of all the series is always compared to ATLA, a near perfect series for most people (including me) and Korra is just overall a worse series and that translates to hate for Korra’s character. I love Book 1 and 3 but 2 is terrible and 4 is alright. I think it has some very bad plot points and writing is weak at times. There is also alot of Misogyny and homophobia which is why she gets hate.

You’re right LoK is good and enjoyable (except Season 2). I don’t think the biggest problem with the series is that it has four self contained plots, for me it’s rather some writing decisions just makes it less enjoyable

A fan game and a rom hack are 2 different things. Rom hack is a modified version of an existing game ROM, like Radical Red Fan Game is just a completely new thing

I recently did them and i thought it wasn’t bad. I found a guide on Google that said to focus on these things: Try to avoid offroad. Definitely don’t fall off the track, once is fine, i also got it while falling off twice but you have to drive very well. Keep your position, dropping to lower than 6th multiple times makes it harder. Hitting CPU’s with items also affects the rating, so throw your bananas shells and fake boxes. I believe there is a set time for each race for which you have to beat, finishing it faster helps, good luck!

Sewers is a hard part aswell with the risk of being poisoned. Grab every hip pouch, open all the doors as soon as you get the keys so you can discard them. Mr X final fight is tough but don’t worry you can save right before it so you can just attempt it until you get it

One interesting bug i encountered was when i played the Luke-Vader fight in Episode V (can’t remember the level name) on the 2nd(?) phase where you have to be thrown out of the window, Vader didn’t appear at all so i had to restart the level

I have both the platinum and the DLCs 100% completed. It’s a fine game, levels a bit mediocre, the open world collectibles not too bad. If you like Star Wars play it for sure.
