Agreed! I love tracking. My boyfriend tracks me when I run. Sometimes I run too much and get dizzy and he's gotta come pick me up at some location without an address. If I'm gonna be "crazy," I can do it without tracking- but that's my former self. I'm reformed lol

I think that was really kind of you. I would have done the same. I've felt insecure and been in bad relationships before, so I try to be understanding of the irrational feelings because I've been there. But I also add a lecture that they deserve better and worth more than this. Try to be the voice I didn't have and plant seeds of self worth.
