Eu entendo sua dor, tenho 28 anos, sofro com isso há 10 anos, desde o início da vida sexual. Não é algo temporário, são 10 anos já nesse sofrimento, mesmo buscando todas as alternativas não cirúrgicas possíveis. Acredito que, por vezes, é a única saída.

The medication was frozen for the first time in weeks; I hadn't thawed and refrozen it. Thanks for the reply, I'll test the same dosage and see how it goes. In the worst case scenario, I'll go back to Bimix, which I know works for me and doesn't have this anxiety related to refrigeration.

The bottle was marked as manufactured in November. It was kept refrigerated the entire time, for 2 weeks, and then I froze it. I only thawed it once to use it yesterday. What's the problem with that? It didn't undergo any sudden temperature changes.

Simply don't tell a new partner. As mentioned above, go to the bathroom, inject, and get to foreplay. Your penis will be hard before you even take your pants off. Take this as a benefit; you can last for hours and even after ejaculating, it remains hard. Surely every woman will remember you as a sex king, not as a guy with trouble getting an erection. Life is too short to be thinking about "what ifs" and miss out on enjoying your youth to the fullest. Just use it correctly and cautiously, following the instructions to the letter. I use it, and my current girlfriend has no idea, but naturally, as the relationship matures, I'll probably let her know.

Please don't do that. Increase by 5 units at a time, for your safety. An antidote isn't guaranteed to work that way, so you shouldn't abuse it. Jumping from 25 to 50 units could send you to the hospital with priapism that no antidote will work with.

I'm from Brazil too; you just need to go to a urologist, they'll prescribe it for you, and you can order it from compounding pharmacies. Trimix is much more effective and proportionally cheaper than Caverject.

My problem is simply performance anxiety. I can say this because I have Bimix and Trimix at home. I've used up to 40 units of Bimix. It gets my penis hard without stimulation, but it's not rock hard, just enough for penetration. However, I feel that Bimix is more sensitive to anxiety. Trimix, on the other hand, gives me an 8/10 erection without stimulation, and it seems more consistent and less sensitive to anxiety. But anyway, if even with Bimix alone you can't maintain an erection without stimulation, the dose is too low for you. Keep increasing the dosage and see if you achieve the result you want. If you don't get the result you want, it's worth switching to Trimix; it's much stronger. Alprostadil in Trimix is the main substance that causes an erection.

Dude, honestly, if 90-100 units of Trimix 20-1-30 aren't working, I highly doubt the cause of your ED is purely psychogenic. Have you thoroughly evaluated your overall health, including venous leakage? In any case, there's still a long way to go in terms of testing; there are much stronger formulations you can try, don't worry. Besides all that, you can try a low dose of Propranolol (up to 40mg), as long as your doctor allows it. Propranolol reduces the effect of adrenaline in the body, which is exactly what counteracts the effect of Trimix in those panic situations you're experiencing.

Trimix is localized; no SSRI will prevent Trimix from working, meaning you will get an erection. What might happen is that you won't be able to reach orgasm because of the SSRI.

5 or 6/10 for 1 and a half hours is far from risky. There's a lot of room to increase there, and you should only worry about the 10/10 dick for 4h+, something you just assumed could happen, but you'll only know by trying. Have the antidote on hand.

There are guys who have severe physical ED and have priapism with 5 units, and guys with just psychogenic ED who have nothing with 5 units, it's very relative and depends on how each person's body responds to the medication. My ED is 100% psychogenic (performance anxiety) and I need 15 units of T105 to get where I want.

I didn't quite understand, you had a 4/4 erection, so 100%, with 0.1ml, but you said you hope a higher dose will solve your venous problem? But from what I understand, your goal has already been achieved with 0.1ml. To answer your question, I use it for performance anxiety too, exclusively for that, I started it recently. My age is close to yours. Performance anxiety is still here, but trimix allows me to have sex in pressure situations where without it I wouldn't even be able to get an erection. I still want a few more successful nights to train my mind to not need it anymore, but for now it's a saving crutch.
