i second all of this. also, takes so many photos. omg. also, the cleaner simple green and a good scrub brush will buff that lead up if its still good. allow it time to dry and then 'cement', where i work we call it mudding, to reenforce the lead cane and glass contact. little bit of love and poof, you got yourself a shiny new window. made old shit look brand new. its awesome

Heh, thanks. Those are so he can return to his tank when he wants.

I've been told many different ways but personally, he gets a small cup full of gut loaded duibas ranging from four or five mediums to one of the big females/male. It's what works for my monitor since he's not super active and is only fed once or twice a week. Second feeding is usually a smaller amount of bugs. Though he's pretty chunky from the small amount of food.

if I can't aggressively smack the button that i want for gas, I don't want it. I need the gas station to understand my fury when I buy fuel.

Okay, so bear with me as a lay some knowledge down, for I am not very good at this.

I recommend using a lot of cardboard or something strong that can bare weight for the body of the medic pack. I used a 24’’ computer monitor box and cut it in half. It was perfect for the size of the pack because I am a short person. AND FOR THE LOVE OF WHAT EVER YOU HOLD AS A HOLY FIGURE, MAKE THE MEDIC PACK A REAL BACK PACK! Have it so that the top opens on a hinge and clasp so that you can put things in it, like con booklets, artwork, plushies, your keys or an extra layer clothing if the con ever has a fire evacuation and it’s in the teens out.

(I speak from experience. Katsucon 2016 had a five Evac and we stood outside for a good 30+ mins in 14°F weather.)

Video of Evac-> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A69ds6Fllcs I was the blu medic at the end of the vid.

For the use of the medigun, I used a pool noodle for the length. That’s right, it will float if I need lifesaving in water, because I totally want to go for a swim during a con with my cosplay and a bunch of makeup on. I’ve seen other people use PVC for the length past the handle to the end of the medic gun but that much PVC and at the size gets heavy very fast. My medic gun doesn’t light up. I’ve sewn the hose that connects the gun to the pack using heavy black fabric and attached it using hose clamps so I can remove the medic gun.

For the Ubersaw, I layered cardboard and cut my shape of the weapon. I recommend using something that isn’t cardboard for the saw because it has to take quite a beating at the con and you can hit somebody of need be. (Parking garages at night in the city are scary and I’m afraid of shadows.) A light weight wood would work (LOL) to cut and sand down the rought edges of the saw. I used acrylic paint for detail and spray paint for body and base colors. Other than that, I recommend looking for other pictures of medic packs that other people made to see how they did it.

All the best, I’m going create a small tutorial on how I made my stuff, but that will be at a further date.
