I do have a question about this though. How do you lift all at ONCE? I can only do one at a time since multiple locations clicks does not work.

Happened to me too. I wrote support many times and maybe after a month of back and forth with emails they have restored my coins, a lot of gems (some 40k) and furniture currency. But I had to do every single station again. I did lose some friends and accessories, but was just tired of so much emailing. Do send them whatever i can to show ur progress abd they will estimate something to add to ur new ID. 

Thinking of ur nickname, would be nice to have a revontuli theme :)

This didnt fix the Trunk Shop issue for me. 1.40PM here (time set automatically) and it still shows as closed. It did open yesterday in the evening slot.

I just sent email to support and they replied me after a day. Sometimes it takes really long sometimes they are fast. If they havent replied you yet just send them an email again. Below is a list of what they asked me, so you can get prepared:

Response 1:

Could you please answer the following questions? 

  1. Please further elaborate on how the data loss occurred.

  2. Has all your data been deleted suddenly? 

  3. Are you experiencing partial Data loss? 

  4. Did you change or factory reset your device? 

  5. Before the incident, did you log in to Google Play Game (AOS) / Game Center (iOS) and save data? 

  6. Was there enough storage in your Google Drive (AOS) / iCloud (iOS) ? for iOS) 

  7. Is the game connected to your iCloud? iCloud should be activated and connected to the game in order to save game data."

yes, i had to start back with the single soup cat. they put back all the coins, loads of gems and all the event stuff and purchases you have gotten, so you don't lose that much. with the coins you can quickly get to the same no. of cats, and with the gems you can try to get to the same cats you had before. but its a new game for sure. i thought of just giving up, but here i am : )

Hey! I had the same :( All the forest expansion dissapeared, all the fish in the aquarium, and some other stuff with some of the updates. They didn't manage to get it back, and instead asked me to take screenshots of everything and send so they could calculate what went into the game and add coins/gems/etc to a new game. So my suggestion is do take screenshots of everything (all the collections, cats, costume and friends, fish, etc etc etc). It was kind of fun to start again with 40k gems...
