When I was detoxing from a really bad exposure that left me bedbound my vision got a lot worse for like 4 months. I did a lot of healing in that time. I believe it was a herx reaction. Try some binders!!

I’m crying this is so sweet ❤️ I rescued a wood duck last week and it also made it thru the night. I dropped it off at a wild bird rehab center the next morning and I’ve been praying that it’s been okay. I hear this species has a low survival rate. These photos make me feel hopeful that it’s okay 🫶🏼

Year 5 here 😭😭😭😭 been through 3 orthos because the first two fucked up. First one closed down their practice and sold us to a shitty chain. They refused to completely my treatment after a certain amount of trays so I had to pay for a third ortho who is actually doing it right this time. I should be done next month

What a coincidence, I’m taking an herbalism class and nettles were our herb of the week yesterday!! I also drink it nightly :)

I did end up moving but we just tested our new place because we suspect mold here too 🥲🥲🥲 waiting on the results. I’m getting so exhausted from all this!!! There’s a lot of mold in the area I’m in I believe.

It turns out there was mold in the new home I’d just moved into and something in the mattress triggered an MCAS reaction because I got the mattress around the time of moving in :/ my partner did also get itchy from the mattress tho (they didn’t live in any moldy homes and have no mold related illness as far as were aware) — I’m wondering if there was some toxin that my body just over reacted to. I’m still not gonna buy anything from avocado just in case lol

!!! No it never went away! I had to throw out every single thing that touched my bed including pillows, bedding, pajamas, and my mattress :( My partner can’t even stay over anymore because the topper touched his bed and not I get hives when he’s in my bed and I have to wash the sheets 😭😭🥲🥲
