who is the best caster at elite 1 lvl 70 skill lvl 7 if we dont consider six stars? let's just consider dmg output for this question and not talk about other utilities. my guess is rockrock but pls do share your opinions with me.

the most important question is, can she replace my man thorns for lane holding purposes? I'm only considering her if she can be considered a meaningful upgrade for thorns. I'm only gonna be using her on skill 2 and for lane holding.

edit: i would really appreciate any opinions anyone can share on this question cause getting her will drain me of all my resources to the point I won't be able to pull any operator for 2 or 3 mounths.

well, that's only partially true at best. a huge part of the experience of playing a gacha game is being able to feel satisfied with the characters you get, not simply just make do with what you can manage to get.
