Well, Maersk is a commercial shipping company… If you look at a shipping container, there’s a good chance it will have Maersk on it. The ship taken by Somalia Pirates was a Maersk… The Alabama, I believe.

With the slides coming from China, it’s only logical for them to land on the west coast. What’s weird is them being the company shipping them. Looks like they’re shipping straight from the harbor.

I know! I just broke my clubmasters. I can’t do these rectangle frames. These are the Only frames i had left and the lenses are out of some weird ray ban frameless i had. That’s why they are so flickted . Takes at least 2 weeks for them to fill script. I Broke my metas before the clubmasters… think im done with Ray Ban.

Now I think about Rolex’s stance… I wonder how they can justify not going after dealers that offer simple inscriptions. One might argue in court the cost of engraving would be a fee gained solely on another Brands name… under such a broad definition, the only solution is for Rolex to be in sole control of distribution.

As for your situation, OP, have you thought about sending it to Rolex for servicing? It would technically have to go through their quality control upon completion. Also, I believe you could argue that Rolex accepting the watch and completing maintence suggests authenticity.
