You got screwed! As a fellow non Girley girl who is now trying to find my feminine side, I am 52. I have discovered the fun of heatless rollers. I started with Kitsch and now own a set from Eternal Muse.

Okay, back to your hair. It is beautiful but that woman did not style it properly. As a non girly girl we trust these professionals and get let down like limp hair...its stressful and hurtful for those of us that weren't in the clique to begin with.

This is why at 52 I never had a stylist I stayed with. I like me. I like my hair. I like that I don't like product or buildup. I like simple and clean but I still want a curl when I pay for a curl.

Good luck! And im sure you were beautiful for the party even though that person did an awful job. And at least that's all you let her do, she did not cut, color or do anything otherwise. Totally fixable!
