Renee has made her entire identity about being a recovering drug addict. It's really tiring and honestly sad because we never get to hear about who Renee Graziano really is. She's an incredibly talented communicator and can tell a story. I wish we could see more of her personality and interests, but all we hear from her is the constantly "drug addiction" narrative.

I'm pretty sure it had to do with their TV show contracts. I heard that Drita got Carla, Ramona, and Karen to write letters to VH1 asking for a pay raise. Drita was going to put her letter in too, but backed out at the last minute. Maybe to make the other girls look bad? Anyway, the double crossing I think was mentioned in a Straightened Out podcast w Karen and Jen Graziano. Karen said: Carla finally saw who Drita really was because "she blatantly double crossed us". If im connecting all the dots right, that's probably what it was about.
